Additionally, configuring notifications, email templates, email scripts, email inbound actions, and approvals in both project and demand modules posed a complex set of tasks.

Meticulously configuring notification settings, email templates, email scripts, email inbound actions, and approvals in both project and demand modules ensured timely and informed communication.
