We provided support to one of our customers during their migration from BMC Remedy to ServiceNow. The scope of the project involved migrating a substantial amount of ITSM data, including over 1.5 million incidents, a million change requests, as well as numerous issue and service requests records, all of which had various attachments. Additionally, we were tasked with migrating their Configuration Management Database (CMDB), which included CI links.
